Shipping Policy & Returns
Canada-wide orders are shipped via Canada Post, Regular Parcel. Tracking numbers for these packages will be provided upon shipment.
Shipping options for orders headed to the United States are;
- Canada Post Tracked Packet (tracking number will be provided upon shipment)
- Canada Post Untracked Packet
Once dispatched from the studio, the shipping timeline for domestic orders range from 5 to 7 business days. Timeline for orders shipped to the United States range from 7 to 15 business days. Canada Post does not guarantee these timelines.
Please note: Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Given the made-to-order and small-batch production mantra at our studio, production on orders can take up to 1 week. This is in addition to the shipping timeline. We offer rush orders for a small fee. Please send us a message to discuss details if this is something that you are interested in.

Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis, within 5 days of receiving your order. Return shipping to K&P is the responsibility of the customer.
